1. Responsible for planning and developing the overall technical direction of the company, and promoting technological innovation.
2. Develop and implement the company’s technology development strategy to ensure that the technology architecture matches the company’s business development.
3. Lead the technical team to conduct product development and technology upgrades, ensuring that technological achievements are transformed into market competitiveness.
4. Participate in technical decision-making for major projects of the company, provide technical guidance and support.
5. Pay attention to industry technology trends, conduct forward-looking research and evaluation of new technologies, and ensure that the company maintains its technological advantages.
6. As a representative of the company’s technology field, participate in industry conferences and seminars, give speeches, and share technical insights.
7. Establish connections with technical experts and scholars within and outside the industry to promote technological exchange and cooperation.
8. Representing the company in the formulation and revision of industry standards, enhancing the company’s influence and voice in the industry.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, major in Internet of Things, automotive electronics, electronic communication, or related fields.
2. More than five years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer, or outstanding performance in relevant technical fields.
3. Have a profound understanding and practical experience in the fields of automotive electronics and vehicle road collaboration.
4. Have forward-looking technological insights and strategic planning abilities.
5. Good team leadership skills and cross departmental coordination abilities.
6. Having good public speaking and communication skills, able to represent the company at industry events.
7. Familiar with the industry standard setting process, able to participate in and promote the development and revision of industry standards.
