Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for planning the direction of technology research and development, forward-looking technology research, and outputting document (plan) guidelines to ensure that the company’s technology is at the forefront of the industry;
2. Representing the company at important conferences, industry presentations, project presentations, and speeches;
3. Responsible for managing the company’s R&D team, including performance management of R&D personnel, coordinating the work of various departments, and building an efficient and competitive team atmosphere;
4. Participate in major project negotiations, responsible for strictly controlling the technology selection (guidance), project initiation, risk assessment, delivery and other processes of R&D projects, coordinating and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the smooth completion of various R&D tasks;
5. Participate in company decision-making, attend daily executive meetings, and be responsible for building the R&D team and improving overall skills;
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, majoring in electronics or computer related fields, with a background in large factories and start-up companies preferred;
2. Good communication and presentation skills, with experience in project presentations, forums, and press conferences, as well as the ability to apply for major projects and output forward-looking technical documents;
3. Strong team and project management skills;
4. Proficient in computer vision, VSLAM, 3D point cloud and other technologies, with practical project or product implementation experience;
5. Optimistic and proactive, with strong self drive.
