Job description ：
Job requirements.
Responsible for the development, sample production, implementation, and consolidation of reagent kit consumables products.
1. Responsible for preparing technical documents, assisting in drafting new product process specifications and batch record documents, drafting R&D sample plans, R&D plans, etc;
2. Arrange and participate in the drafting and confirmation of new project product plans, sample production, and regularly track feedback on sample usage;
3. Continuously improve mature product processes, assist in product process validation, stability testing, and other related work;
4. Guide, handle, coordinate, and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process;
5. Participate in assisting in the development of work plans, allocate technicians and clerks, arrange various tasks reasonably, and track them in a timely manner;
6. Carry out other tasks assigned or specified by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in chemistry, pharmaceuticals or related fields;
2. Familiar with chemical analysis and physical and chemical information of substances;
3. Proficient in using office software such as Word and Office, with strong reading abilities in both Chinese and English; Strong practical skills, ability to accept and learn new things, interpersonal communication, and coordination skills.
