Job Responsibilities.
Linkage laboratory backend technology provides personalized clinical consulting services to customers in high-end disciplines such as genetics, hematology, and neurology;
Closely communicate with clinical experts from tertiary hospitals, establish and maintain a KOL expert network, promote the clinical promotion and interdisciplinary exchange of high-end products, and participate in clinical MDT discussions;
Specialized promotion of disease-oriented products.
Deeply understand the clinical positioning and methodological techniques of the product, and implement specialized promotion and training both internally and externally;
Give academic speeches at large-scale high-quality academic promotion events in various regions across the country; Construction and updating of product databases, searching, organizing, and managing medical literature related to products;
Collaborate with clients on research projects and academic training based on clinical needs, independently design research projects, submit research applications, coordinate internal platforms, conduct disease big data analysis, issue analysis reports, and be responsible for answering questions about the analyzed data;
According to the overall business plan, combined with the promotion needs of the product, coordinate the planning and implementation of various levels of academic conferences, internal training, atmosphere creation, etc., and work together with the business department to complete the product promotion work.
Job requirements.
Clinical professional background, doctoral degree, and work experience in a tertiary hospital are preferred;
Those who understand inspection techniques are preferred;
Medical literature retrieval, sorting and developing product medical strategy capabilities;
A certain level of marketing planning ability;
Has good communication skills, presentation skills, and data analysis abilities.
