Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Clinical demand research and clarification. responsible for clarifying the clinical and laboratory scenarios and requirements for disease diagnosis and treatment of medical devices (infusion pumps/monitors/anesthesia machines/endoscopes/IVD instrument reagents, etc.), and completing clinical confirmation of products and functions;
2. Product development support. Responsible for disease diagnosis and treatment analysis and research in product development, and participate in new product research and development;
3. Clinical performance evaluation. As an interface person, conduct clinical cooperation with domestic and foreign hospitals (including registration and clinical verification), design and implement clinical performance evaluation plans, complete clinical evaluation reports, and promote improvement of clinical performance issues.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, major in clinical laboratory, clinical medicine, clinical pharmacy, or related fields;
2. Have basic knowledge and skills in clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, or clinical pharmacy;
3. Ability to analyze experimental data;
4. Ability to write clinical trial reports or clinical evaluation reports;
5. Have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English technical documents.
