You will be engaged in the research and development of peptide new drugs; Synthesize batches from mg level to g level; You will use the most advanced automated peptide synthesis system to prepare various complex peptides; And collaborate with experienced analysts and purification researchers to obtain high-purity peptides; There is an opportunity to have face-to-face communication and learning with pharmaceutical experts from multinational pharmaceutical companies.
You will be responsible for the synthesis of peptides in mg to gram scale. In this role, you will have opportunities to use the most advanced automatic peptide synthesis system to prepare various complex peptides and work with experienced analysis and purification researchers to obtain peptides with high purity. You will communicate with the experts from multinational pharmaceutical companies face to face.

Responsibilities
1. Learn to use different automatic peptide synthesizers and optimize parameters.
2. Design a synthetic route for peptides.
3. Analyze the analysis data of peptide synthesis and optimize the synthesis method appropriately.
4. Cooperate with the project manager or vice president to regularly report the progress of the project to European and American clients;
5. Timely write English E-notes, daily reports, and final reports;
6. According to company requirements, summarize work in a timely manner and submit experimental data materials.
1. Learns to operate different automatic peptide synthesizer and to optimize parameters.
2. Proposes synthetic plan for different peptides.
3. Independently interprets analytical data of peptide synthesis, optimizes synthetic method properly.
4. Regularly cooperates with project managers or VPs to report project progress to domestic or foreign clients.
5. Timely and accurately records English E-Note, prepares daily reports and final reports.
6. Timely summarizes and submits the experimental data according to company policies.
Job requirements
Qualifications.
1. Master’s or doctoral degree in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, with a research focus on peptide synthesis (solid-phase preferred);
2. Having rich experience in peptide synthesis, preferably with complex peptides such as polycyclic peptides, long peptides, peptide coupled drugs, etc;
3. Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, able to lead one or more experimental assistants to carry out research work;
4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
1. Master or Ph. D. degree in organic/medicinal chemistry with experience in peptide synthesis （solid phase preferred）;
2. Extensive experience in peptide synthesis, having experience in complex peptides synthesis such as multiple-cycle peptide, long peptide, PDC, etc. is preferred;
3. Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and team collaboration, capably coaches one or more junior chemists;
4. Fluent in reading and writing in English; ability to effectively converse in English.
