Job description ：

1. According to the project manager or vice president’s project arrangement, design a reasonable experimental plan and implement it carefully; 2. Independently undertake high difficulty project tasks and ensure timely completion of project tasks; 3. Analyze the problems that arise in scientific experiments, propose reasonable improvement suggestions, or draw reasonable conclusions; 4. Cooperate with the project manager or vice president to regularly report the progress of the project to European and American clients; 5. Timely write English E-notes, daily reports, and final reports; 6. According to company requirements, summarize work in a timely manner and submit experimental data materials.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, with research interests in organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry synthesis, sugar chemistry, nucleoside, sugar and lipid synthesis, etc; 2. Rich experience in organic synthesis and strong research and development capabilities, with the ability to design synthesis circuits; 3. Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, able to lead one or more experimental assistants to carry out research work; 4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
