Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Develop technology development goal plans, new product production and R&D processes, R&D film production and result variance analysis;
2. Design quality planning during the R&D phase, theoretical design of chip R&D process reliability, feasibility design and analysis of chip R&D structure and process;
3. Trial and testing management of R&D raw materials, analysis, judgment, and handling of abnormal materials, non-conforming products, and fixture abnormalities in R&D;
4. Design and experimentation of new materials and processes, conception, experimental design, trial production, and mass production introduction of new products.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in physics, microelectronics, semiconductor, optoelectronics or related fields, with research experience in materials, devices, design or related professional work experience;
2. Familiar with semiconductor technology, quality, and process management knowledge;
3. Having good quality awareness, good psychological resilience, and ability to withstand pressure;
