Job description.
1. Plan the company’s new product technology development route, organize the formulation and implementation of major product technology decisions and plans, and achieve the company’s product technology innovation;
2. Execute the new product development plan, summarize product development experience, continuously improve product performance, and make design modifications and improvements according to the requirements of users or other departments of the company;
3. Responsible for researching business technology solutions; Leading major decisions in version iteration, accurately translating business requirements into design requirements, and forming system architecture design;
4. Responsible for maintaining a keen perception of new technologies in the industry, actively exploring the application of new technologies in the company’s systems, and providing important suggestions for the company’s future technological direction;
5. Material design, structural design, process design, and layout design of chips or packaging;
6. New product project initiation, development, and production technology management;
7. Research on device characteristics and production of datasheet;
8. Failure analysis and after-sales service technical support.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, engaged in research and development work in SIC microelectronics or related IGBT, SIC and other industries for 5 years or more, and doctoral degree for 2 years or more;
2. Have good communication, coordination, organization, and team building abilities;
3. Has strong judgment, decision-making, planning, and execution abilities;
4. High work enthusiasm, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good professional ethics;
5. Having both moral integrity and professional competence, being pragmatic and diligent, and pioneering and innovative; Has good personal qualities.
