Job description ：
Work location. Room 601, Building 11, Guanggu New Power (North Gate), Jiangxia District, Wuhan, or 2nd Floor, Building F3, Changfeng Industrial Park (Gate 2), Bao’an District, Shenzhen
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, with 5 or more years of experience in the optical communication/optical device industry;
2. Design of silicon optical chips for optical modules, first-line FAB tracking, chip fabrication, and mass production experience;
3. Have accumulated certain experience in product development and testing of silicon optical chips/device packaging/silicon optical modules;
4. Innovative thinking and pre research ability, leading project development capability
5. Team management experience, able to collaborate on managing technology platforms, enriching the company’s CBB;
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for independent development of silicon optical chips or customized development for partners, leading design, coordinating with technical partners/FAB factories, and conducting chip performance testing and evaluation;
2. Lead the design, development, and industrialization of advanced packaging solutions such as silicon-based NPO/CPO;
3. Lead the promotion of high-speed optical devices or silicon-based optoelectronic device product projects in the company, and lead the tackling of key technical difficulties;
4. Responsible for the main scheme design and key technology grasp, product development, leading the selection and certification of main product materials, testing and verification, etc.;
5. Government project document output and technical research tasks
