Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the overall technology selection, technology development strategy, and planning of the company, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the system, and aligning it with business goals and long-term development plans;
2. Lead the technical team, including recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating technical personnel to ensure efficient team operations;
3. Manage the execution of technical projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards;
4. Manage and reduce technical risks, including security vulnerabilities, data breaches, and other risks;
5. Continuously monitor the technological trends and innovations in the industry, provide technical advice and guidance to the company, ensure the technological innovation and competitiveness of the company’s products, and promote the development and launch of new products into the market;
6. Ensure that the company’s technical practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job requirements.
1. With a master’s or doctoral degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or related majors, with at least 5 years of experience as a research and development director or CTO;
2. Rich experience in product development and solid technical foundation, with leading development experience in large-scale high concurrency platform level (tens of millions) industry SaaS projects, possessing full stack development capabilities, familiar with mainstream technology stacks, and having experience in distributed, microservices, and high availability system design and development;
3. Have in-depth research and leading development experience in basic algorithms, encryption technology, image and video processing technology, and have certain experience in visual R&D management and automated operation and maintenance;
4. Cutting edge technology has a keen sense of smell and sharp thinking, possessing both the sharpness of “product control” and the tenacity of “technology control”, as well as profound technical research and transformation skills;
5. Experienced in project management, proficient in CMMI/IPD management system, willing to take on responsibilities, with a good network of production and research personnel, able to quickly build teams;
6. With obvious empowering traits and good organizational drive ability.
