Job description.
1. Based on the overall strategic plan of the company, combined with industry market demand, industry R&D technology trends and cutting-edge trends, formulate the company’s immune, molecular and other technology development strategies and plans, and continuously build a system of core technologies and products in the field of physical diagnosis.
2. Develop a plan for the company’s technology roadmap and related technical standards, optimize the technology research and development system;
3. Manage the product lifecycle, plan, build, and improve a technology platform that meets the company’s long-term strategic planning;
4. Promote the construction of a standardized and efficient R&D process system for product development. Responsible for overall development progress management and tracking of POCT, chemiluminescence, molecular and other technical departments, controlling key R&D nodes, and identifying path risks;
5. Participate in technical decision-making at various stages such as product definition and project review, as well as collaborative decision-making for external key technical resources of the company;
6. Create an efficient team, enhance the professional technical skills and development capabilities of R&D personnel, promote team technological progress and innovation, and form a team
Provide guidance and solve technical problems such as architecture and design in project development.
7. Cooperate with other departments of the company in related work, including but not limited to quality regulations, process conversion, after-sales technical support, and production

Job requirements
1. Background in biology related majors, full-time master’s degree or above, overseas background or MBA background are preferred;
2. More than 10 years of experience in reagent research and development in the in vitro diagnostic industry, and more than 5 years of experience in R&D team management; Having experience in research and development management of top overseas medical companies is particularly desirable.
3. Having sharp industry insights, insights, and broad technical perspectives;
4. Have a profound understanding and successful experience in establishing R&D management systems, R&D and technical standardization systems, and process standardization;
5. Have good leadership skills, experience in team management, and experience in building a team of R&D personnel;
6. Has good communication and coordination skills, broad mindedness, strong sense of responsibility, and career aspirations.
