Job description :
Duty.
1. Responsible for standardization, normalization, platformization, and modularization in the field of RF technology;
2. Responsible for planning the initiation of new technologies, processes, or methods in the field of technology;
3. Responsible for RF requirement analysis, design scheme demonstration and evaluation of phased array radar system;
4. Responsible for chip selection, RF system design, and RF circuit schematic design for the project;
5. Responsible for debugging RF circuits, analyzing test results and providing conclusions;
6. Responsible for tackling key RF technologies;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
Job requirements.
1. Master’s and doctoral degrees in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, radar systems, electronic and communication engineering, electronic science and technology, and other related majors through unified enrollment;
2. Expert in the field of RF, with rich experience in phased array or Massive MIMO RF system development, and work experience as a responsible person for RF systems for radar design and 5G base station products;
3. Familiar with simulation and debugging of active and passive circuits, and able to independently complete or participate in the design of a type of RF circuit module, such as PA, LNA, VGA, Mixer, RFswtich, Filter, Balun, PLL, VCO, etc;
4. Ability to read professional English literature fluently;
5. Proactive, meticulous and responsible in work, good at communication, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong teamwork skills;
