Recruitment requirements.
Doctoral degree or above, research experience in plastic, rubber, and aluminum materials, with no limit on work experience.
Duty.
Responsible for leading the team to carry out innovative research and development of rubber and aluminum parts, planning development directions based on departmental needs, solving research and development difficulties, promoting product implementation, regularly reporting work progress to department managers, and outputting research and development innovation achievements.
