Chief Engineer (PhD/Postdoctoral)
Job Description.
1. Digital/Analog IC Design Direction.
1) Responsible for the design of integrated circuits and the implementation and verification of related algorithms;
2) Responsible for analog circuit design, simulation, and verification;
3) Guide the completion of analog circuit layout design;
4) Responsible for the development of chip based sensor products.
2. MMIC design direction.
1) Responsible for the design, simulation, optimization, and testing of MMIC active chips;
2) Participate in the application and implementation of scientific research projects, undertake key technical research tasks in the projects, and solve technical problems encountered in the projects;
3) Guide and cultivate MMIC design engineers to improve the overall technical level of the team.
Job requirements.
1. PhD graduate, postdoctoral fellow, majoring in integrated circuits, microelectronics, microwave technology, electronic engineering, circuits and systems;
2. Possess good communication, expression, analysis, and problem-solving skills, and be able to independently solve technical problems in the design process; Strong self motivation and teamwork ability.
