Job description ：
1) Analyze and test competitors;
2) Conduct mechanism analysis on failures during the development process and provide improvement suggestions;
3) Conduct mechanism analysis for testing anomalies, and perform three electrode fabrication and testing analysis;
4) Familiar with the thermal runaway process and reaction mechanism of batteries;
3) Professional requirements. Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Electrochemistry/Materials Science/Physics and other related science and engineering majors;
5) Work experience. Over 3 years of work experience in the energy storage industry, including at least 3 years of experience in failure analysis of lithium battery products related to this position, suitable for cylindrical, soft pack, and square batteries. Candidates with experience in failure analysis of power and energy storage square batteries are preferred.
6) Familiar with the production process and key control points of lithium batteries;
7) Experience in battery safety and performance testing;
8) Independent thinking, strong logical analysis and communication skills, and a sense of teamwork;
