Job Responsibilities
1. Can independently complete the acoustic design of speakers and their systems;
2. Can independently produce acoustic products;
3. Familiar with the principles and practical operations of electroacoustic performance testing, able to independently develop testing plans for acoustic products and analyze the results of acoustic testing;
4. Familiar with the characteristics and performance parameter requirements of various materials in electroacoustic products, with certain experience in sound tuning, able to independently optimize and debug performance and acoustic characteristics;
Recruitment requirements
1. Hold a doctoral degree in acoustics from the 25th cohort and obtain a CET-4 or higher certificate;
2. Have subjective experience in evaluating product sound quality and the ability to improve sound quality;
3. Have a solid theoretical foundation in acoustics and speakers; Familiar with the production process of speaker units and able to quickly solve various problems encountered on the production line;
4. Proficient in using 2D and 3D drawing software;
5. Have rich experience in sound quality evaluation and understand the sound quality characteristics of various audio products;
6. Proficient in using acoustic testing systems and equipment such as Klippel and AP, with a deep understanding of their testing principles;
7. Proficient in using acoustic simulation software, such as electric power acoustic analog simulation and finite element acoustic simulation software (Comsol, Ansys, etc.), to create and analyze acoustic models;
8. Work meticulously and conscientiously, with strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility; Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
