Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, research direction in electrochemistry, lithium-ion, and sodium ion battery cells;
2. More than 2 years of work experience, with priority given to product mass production experience. Outstanding Double First Class 985 universities offer unlimited work experience for doctoral graduates;
3. Strong achievement motivation and communication skills;
