Job description.
1. Carry out research and development of materials or processes, as well as basic theoretical research and development work;
2. Complete the writing, validation, and archiving of relevant materials and documents during the development phase;
3. Carry out the implementation work of new product research and development, and timely and properly solve various problems during the implementation process.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree from the 23, 24, and 25 unified recruitment programs;
2. Majors related to new energy, materials, theoretical research, chemical engineering, etc;
3. Having experience in school activities and off campus internships, possessing good communication and expression skills, teamwork abilities, and stress resistance.
