Job description ：
Duty.
1. Responsible for the research and development of positive electrode materials and the design of mass production and introduction processes for new products;
2. Responsible for collecting technical information on new products, processes, equipment, industry competitors, etc., and applying it to the development of our company’s new materials and products;
3. Assist in cultivating departmental talent teams and enhancing research and development capabilities.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree from the 23, 24, and 25 unified recruitment programs;
2. Majors related to materials, energy and power, electrochemistry, chemical engineering and processes, etc;
3. Experience in developing battery materials is preferred; Proficient in material characterization methods and data analysis (TEM, ELLS, XPS, etc.) is preferred.
