Job description ：
1、 Main responsibilities.
1. Perform technical support related work (process optimization, process problem solving, process scheme judgment, etc.).
2. Carry out technical work related to product process changes (such as process validation plan, cleaning validation plan, key quality attributes, key process parameters and parameter ranges, impurity files, risk assessment, etc.).
3. Implement and supervise the standardized recording, archiving, and technical confidentiality of original documents developed by subordinate testers.
2、 Job requirements.
1 . Educational background. Research direction in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry, English proficiency level 6.
2 . Skills and techniques. Ability to read English professional literature, good literature search and patent analysis skills, and understanding of commonly used analysis methods.
3 . Has good learning and innovation abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and execution ability.
4 . Workplace. Office, laboratory, production workshop.
3、 Government subsidies
Settlement allowance of 30000 yuan per year, 5 years; Rental subsidy of 6k/year, 3 years; Purchase subsidy of 700000 yuan (one-time)
