Job Description.
1. Responsible for leading the team to develop an energy storage system battery management system (BMS), including system architecture design, algorithm optimization, hardware development, and other related work.
2. Responsible for developing and executing the technical roadmap and plan for BMS R&D projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time and with quality.
3. Responsible for collaborating with product and marketing departments to continuously optimize and upgrade the BMS system based on market demand and product planning.
4. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing team members to ensure the technical level and work efficiency of the team.
5. Responsible for technical exchanges and cooperation with partners, suppliers, etc., to maintain industry status.
6. Responsible for tracking and analyzing industry technology development trends, continuously improving the team’s technological innovation capabilities.
Job requirements.
1. Hold a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, automation control, or related fields.
2. Have rich experience in the research and development of energy storage system BMS, familiar with the design principles and algorithm optimization of lithium battery management systems.
3. Possess good team management and communication skills, able to effectively lead the team to complete project tasks.
4. Possess strong technological innovation and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to market demands and provide solutions.
5. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to engage in international cooperation and communication.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure.
