Job description ：
Knowledge and skills required for the position
1. RF, plasma physics, applied physics, physics and other related majors
2. Have 3-5 years of work experience in plasma equipment design, RF system design, electromagnetic field design, and other related fields.
Proficient or skilled in simulation analysis of multiple physical fields such as flow fields, thermal fields, electromagnetic fields, etc., and able to establish multiple physical field models according to needs
3. Provide theoretical analysis guidance to the team, and those with experience in designing ion source systems can relax the conditions appropriately
4. Possess mature analytical thinking and experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, possess good learning and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and initiative.
5. There are electromagnetic field background, radio frequency background, plasma background, and physical field simulation background
Job responsibilities of demand personnel
1. Responsible for technical research, development, and validation of plasma source systems;
2. Simulate and calculate the ion source system, such as electric field, static magnetic field, and beam motion trajectory calculation and analysis, to provide theoretical support for optimized design;
3. Responsible for resolving issues related to the operation and maintenance of the ion source system;
4. Undertake continuous improvement (CIP) tasks for some core functions of the chamber, such as promoting and solving difficult problems in the structural components and design of the plasma discharge area;
5. Output patents, training materials, academic conference reports, etc.;
