Duty.
1. Assist in the daily management of the research institute, including but not limited to administrative affairs, budget management, personnel management, etc;
2. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various activities of the research institute, including academic conferences, lectures, seminars, etc;
3. Responsible for external communication and liaison of the research institute, including communication and cooperation with other research institutions, universities, enterprises, etc;
4. Participate in the application and management of research projects, including project planning, application, execution, etc;
5. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing information for the research institute, including industry trends, policies and regulations, academic research, etc;
6. Evaluate and provide feedback on the work of the research institute, and propose improvement suggestions;
7. Some research work may be required, including literature search, data collection, and analysis.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, major in engineering or related fields, with over 8 years of experience in research and development or project management; 1-3 years of team management experience;
2. Has good English communication skills and can use English as a working language;
3. Familiar with project management theory, with good skills in requirement analysis, project planning, schedule control, management and coordination, and proficient in using project management tools;
4. Has certain abilities in judgment, analysis, organization, and planning, and can assist in developing a standardized project management process system that meets business needs;
5. Has good communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and can handle various unexpected situations.
