Job description ：
Job content.
1. Responsible for the planning and design execution of AR products, including requirement analysis, functional design, implementation, and iterative optimization;
2. Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, following up on project execution progress, maintaining efficient communication within the team, and ensuring product functionality is achieved;
3. Responsible for continuously tracking and analyzing relevant products in the domestic and international industry, and keenly grasping industry trends and dynamics.
4. Identify directions and strategies for product optimization and improvement;
5. Able to independently manage products, responsible for organizing and writing product related training documents, organizing new product launches, and collecting feedback.

Job requirements.
1. At least 3 years of product design and planning experience, familiar with the internal process of Internet background product design;
2. Good document writing skills and strong logical abilities;
3. Good communication skills, proficient in cross departmental communication and collaboration, with a team spirit;
4. Business driven thinking, high sensitivity to new technologies, strong learning ability, rigorous and creative thinking;
5. Having a spirit of continuous pursuit of progress, passionate about VR AR、 The direction related to intelligent hardware;
6. Strong resilience, practical operational experience, and relevant industry background are preferred.
