Job description ：
Job content.
1. Organize and guide the hardware R&D team’s AR machine development work;
2. Addressing significant issues and difficulties in AR hardware development;
3. Guide the product team to define the product and select the appropriate hardware;
4. Develop hardware research and development plans and goals;
5. Overall management of the development progress of all hardware projects and coordination among various positions;
6. Integration of supply chain resources and negotiation of strategic cooperation.
Job requirements.
1. Require at least 3 years of experience in hardware development for mobile phones, tablets, AR/VR/MR, or core software and hardware development for mainstream drones;
2. Have project and team management experience and management skills;
3. Proficient in mainstream SOC hardware and mainstream chip embedded system technology;
4. Strong expression and communication skills, able to coordinate resources from different departments and positions;
5. Having certain supply chain resources and accurately assessing the feasibility of product solutions
