Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing technical support for the application of silk fibroin in the fields of biomedical and medical aesthetics, assisting customers in product selection and application scheme design, and providing technical consultation and training for silk fibroin products.
2. Answer technical questions from customers during product use and assist in solving technical problems.
3. Participate in the application development and performance testing of new products, responsible for verifying application scenarios and optimizing process flows.
4. Support the marketing and sales teams, conduct technical presentations and promotions, collect market feedback, and assist in developing product technical documents and promotional materials.
5. Participate in technical research and development of silk fibroin related projects, and propose innovative application directions and solutions based on market demand.
6. Assist the R&D department in conducting application trials for new products, provide technical support in application development, and promote the implementation of product application projects.
7. Cultivate team productivity and cohesion, work collaboratively, and execute, deliver, and achieve results in a diverse organization.
Job requirements:
1. Master’s and doctoral degrees are preferred, with expertise in biomaterials, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering or related fields. Research experience in silk fibroin related fields is preferred;
2. Understand the characteristics of silk fibroin materials and their applications in biomedical or medical aesthetics fields, with a good technical background;
3. Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills, able to independently conduct experiments and technical verification work;
4. Good communication and expression skills, able to provide technical support and training to customers;
5. Strong market sensitivity and learning ability, able to quickly grasp new product and technology information;
6. Experience in medical aesthetics or biomedical application development is preferred;
