Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for understanding the market and customer needs, closely cooperating with the sales team for business tracking and technical support, and providing timely technical guidance and solutions.
2. Responsible for customer reception, technical exchange, visiting customers and promoting the company’s nano protection technology, ensuring the smooth progress of products or solutions from initial introduction to mass production.
3. Organize the drafting, sampling, and testing of new product project sampling plans, and solve all technical problems in the product application process.
4. Responsible for collecting feedback, proposing new product designs or solutions to meet market demand, and participating in the company’s strategic deployment.
5. Major clients and projects of the company, from initial contact and sampling to technical support, training, and problem-solving during the mass production stage.
2、 Job requirements
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Materials and other engineering fields, with more than 5 years of work experience, team management and project management experience are preferred.
2. Experience in project application development, pre-sales technical support and services, project promotion and introduction in industries such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and new energy.
3. Skilled in thinking and goal oriented, with a strong drive for progress, possessing the willingness to start, progress, and grow together with the company.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
