Job description ：

1. Responsible for the antigen design, expression, purification, and identification process from conceptual design to experimental practice, ensuring that the quality of the antigen meets research and development requirements.
2. Design and implement animal immunization plans, including selecting suitable host animals, setting immunization schedules and detection strategies to achieve high affinity antibody production.
3. Carry out the research and development process of diagnostic antibodies, including antibody projects targeting large molecules, small molecules, and novel biomarkers, responsible for the entire process from screening to laboratory scale production.
4. Responsible for the production process of recombinant antibodies, including vector design, cell transfection technology, and the construction and maintenance of stable cell lines.
5. Manage antibody research and development projects, regularly report development progress, analyze experimental data, and adjust research plans based on experimental results.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree in related fields such as cell biology, immunology, antibody engineering, or molecular biology, possessing profound theoretical knowledge and experimental techniques.
2. Familiar with various animal immune models, able to design toxicology experiments and screening platforms independently, proficient in experimental techniques such as molecular cloning and antibody purification.
3. Master the identification and analysis techniques of antibodies, including ELISA Western- blot、 Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), etc.
4. Proficient in analyzing cloning, cell transfection, cell culture and other technical operations, with the ability to produce recombinant antibodies.
5. Experience in single B cell sorting technology, phage display technology, antibody modification technology, and flow cytometry sorting technology is preferred.
6. Proficient in data processing software and office software, able to conduct efficient literature search, with good English reading and writing skills.
7. Meticulous and conscientious in my work, with a strong sense of responsibility and a good drive for progress. I am able to adapt to high work pressure and have excellent communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
