Job description ：
1. Participate in cutting-edge research projects at the company level and achieve project goals;
2. Follow up on research topics and assist in the application and transformation of research projects;
3. Writing papers and patents, participating in high-level academic conferences in the display industry both domestically and internationally;
4. Evaluate the topic and project outcomes;
5. Write relevant algorithm development documents, regularly output work summary documents, and share them with team members;
6. Develop tutorials on product algorithms and provide training to application engineers/technical support personnel.
7. Able to independently optimize algorithm functions, including detection rate and speed.
