Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for keeping up with the cutting-edge dynamics and implementing scenarios of big language models and multimodal big models;
2. Responsible for continuing pre training and fine-tuning of large vertical domain models, optimizing models and deploying inference for business scenarios;
3. Targeting various business scenarios of the group, accumulating public basic capabilities, and serving multiple business scenario applications.
Job requirements.
1. PhD in computer science, mathematics or related fields;
2. Have a deep understanding of big language models and multimodal big models, and have solid research and practical accumulation;
3. Familiar with mainstream basic models, with experience in training and fine-tuning large models, experience in quantifying large models, edge deployment, and inference optimization is preferred;
4. Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, C++, C, etc.;
5. Familiar with at least one deep learning framework (Pytorch, TensorFlow, etc.), with experience in distributed training such as DeepSpeed, Megatron, etc. preferred;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, technical enthusiasm, good communication and logical thinking skills, adept at analyzing and solving problems.
