Job requirements
1. Graduated from a major in communication, signal processing or related fields, with a master’s degree or above; Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome;
2. Having a solid theoretical foundation in random signal processing, a strong background in digital signal processing technology, and a deep understanding of relevant theories such as digital communication, wireless propagation channels, and wireless communication;
3. Familiar with OFDM communication systems, with research experience in a certain field (s) of the system, including digital AGC, synchronization, channel estimation, FEC, etc., practical experience in OFDM system development is preferred;
4. Priority will be given to researchers with key system technologies such as WiFi (8.11x)/WiMax (8.1d/e)/CMMB/DTMB/DVB-C/S/T/H/power line carrier communication;
5. Having innovative ability, good communication skills, and team spirit; Honesty and integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to realize self-worth in a rapidly developing high-tech company;
6. Good professional English reading and writing skills, with excellent listening and speaking abilities preferred.
Main job responsibilities.
Engaged in algorithm design, simulation, and performance analysis of communication chips.
