Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for designing lidar inversion algorithms in sub fields such as atmospheric remote sensing, environmental monitoring, and remote sensing surveying, with experience in inversion algorithms for cloud layers, boundary layers, depolarization, aerosols, particle size spectra, visibility, and other meteorological elements;
2. Feasibility analysis and scheme evaluation of inversion algorithm, establishment of quality control algorithm system, responsibility for rationality of demand (progressiveness, creative, competitive advantage, etc.), and implementation, deployment, operation and maintenance of algorithm technology;
3. Responsible for signal recognition, signal analysis, and problem identification and localization of various radar systems;;
4. Proficient in algorithm development and application of cutting-edge technologies in data processing, such as FFT, wavelet transform, and deep learning;
5. Responsible for data processing and signal analysis for cross platform porting and authentication;
6. Track the development direction and trends in the industry field, responsible for researching cutting-edge algorithms at home and abroad, technical reserves, development and implementation, and application;
7. Based on the application of business scenarios, closely communicate with customers and business departments, analyze and mine data, and use algorithm tools to solve practical business problems.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree or above, with a focus on algorithm related majors, possessing systematic and optical knowledge, suitable for both current and recent doctoral studies;
2. Familiar with the inversion algorithms of lidar in the fields of meteorology and environmental protection, and deeply explore and reserve cutting-edge algorithms in the industry;
3. Can independently trace and tackle abnormal problems in product inversion algorithms;
4. Proficient in the development of algorithms for atmospheric remote sensing lidar product systems;
5. Proficient in using design software such as Matlab, C/C++, Python, Java, etc;
6. Master professional technical copywriting skills.
