Job Responsibilities.
By utilizing technologies such as GPT, open-source big models, and multimodal approaches, pre training and fine-tuning of big models based on business data, combined with systems engineering, vertical domain problems can be solved;
Job requirements.
1. PhD from the 25th or 26th cohort, with over 3 years of work or project experience in NLP related fields;
2. Proficient in the algorithm principles and implementation details of pre trained models, and with practical experience in large-scale model pre training is preferred;
3. Proficient in C/C++/Python, familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensorflow is preferred, with good engineering skills;
4. Experience in large model related projects and research background, model inference optimization, distributed training, GPU programming, etc. is preferred;
5. Those with in-depth research or practical project experience in NLP technologies such as semantic representation, question answering, understanding, and generation are preferred;
6. Practical project experience in open domain knowledge Q&A systems, task-based dialogues, proactive dialogues, and other related systems is preferred;
