Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Explore the value of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, algorithms, digital twins, blockchain, indoor positioning, AR, VR, etc. in the field of buildings, be able to independently lead a research direction, and combine the development trends of cutting-edge smart building technologies with business and user needs to achieve breakthrough practices of innovative technologies in the field of buildings;
2. Able to make independent judgments on the development trend of building technology, and combine their experience and abilities in advanced technology to achieve the combination of innovative technology and business value;
3. Able to independently complete model construction, model validation, model deployment, and continuous iteration for specific research directions, and able to integrate with product technology to achieve user value through the implementation of the user end;
4. Those with certain research experience and leadership in specialized fields, especially in the areas of general IoT device connection technology related to smart buildings, digital twins, energy-saving algorithms, big data, algorithms, and innovative interaction forms between people and buildings, will be given priority consideration;
5. Read relevant literature and keep up with the latest developments in data science and business fields.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Background in control, automation, mechanics, electronics, computer science, mathematics, physics, and other engineering fields, with a PhD preferred;
2. Good English literature reading ability and practical problem-solving ability;
3. Research experience in fields such as smart buildings and building technology is preferred;
