Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. As a major project manager, plan and lead key technology research for multi split or heat pump products;
2. Docking demands and collaborating resources to promote the landing and transformation of multi split or heat pump new technology projects
3. Track the latest development trends of multi split and heat pump technology, analyze market demand, and develop product and technology plans;
4. Responsible for talent cultivation, team building, and management of the team;
5. Responsible for the knowledge accumulation of new technologies such as multi split or heat pumps;
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, with 5 years or more of relevant industry experience;
2. Familiar with and proficient in the design principles and control methods of complex refrigeration systems;
3. Capable of technical planning and implementation of refrigeration system products such as multi split or heat pumps, with experience leading at least 2 related projects;
4. Having rich project management experience;
5. Experience in team management is preferred;
6. Experience in developing innovative products or technologies from scratch is preferred;
7. Having an open mind, excellent communication skills, project planning and execution abilities, able to independently organize and coordinate internal and external resources, able to handle individual and team pressures reasonably in high-tech and high goal projects, ensuring delivery quality, time, and budget;
8. Having a broad industry perspective;
