Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for technical planning related to steam heating and air convection heating, providing design guidance for product structure, performance, and innovative technology points;
2. Responsible for the design of steam heating and air convection heating technology solutions, leading the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies for core components;
3. Responsible for proposing improvement suggestions in terms of structure and performance during the new product development process, and enhancing product strength;
4. Responsible for overseas patent layout and patent protection point mining of core technology points related to new products.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, majoring in thermal engineering, engineering thermophysics, energy and power engineering, fluid mechanics, and related fields;
2. Solid theoretical foundation in engineering thermodynamics and enhanced heat transfer;
3. Capable of conducting research independently, possessing an open and innovative team spirit, and strong resilience to pressure;
4. Proactive in work, excellent execution ability, good organizational coordination and communication skills.
