Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for planning and building a structural innovation laboratory, establishing experimental research methods for cutting-edge technologies, and providing experimental platforms for technological innovation.
2. Explore and study the future technological trends of air conditioning structures, conduct pre research on innovative structural technologies, and shape and define the core structural technologies and concepts of future air conditioning products.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, with at least 8 years of work experience, and in-depth research and practical experience in the field of technology research in the home appliance industry.
2. Having a profound theoretical foundation in structural machinery and advanced technological innovation methods, one can lead the forefront of technological development.
3. Pioneering core technological achievements in the field of structural technology can provide key drivers for the new layout and form of products, and play a decisive role in the development of future product platforms.
