Job Description
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for RF semiconductor technology planning, innovative technology research, and semiconductor differentiation applications;
2. Responsible for research on improving the performance of RF semiconductors, including intelligent cooking (partitioning, thawing, etc.), multi band RF hybrid applications, high-power synthesis, cost reduction of microwave source modules, chip manufacturing, etc;
3. Based on RF semiconductors, we aim to tackle industry wide challenges and achieve innovative breakthroughs in disruptive technologies;
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree, priority given to studying abroad in Europe and America; Equivalent work experience in Europe and America is also acceptable.
2. RF, semiconductor applications, electronic engineering Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Engineering Majors related to radio physics or electronic science and technology;
3. Proficient in using simulation design software such as ADS, MWO, HFSS, CST, etc; Familiar with commonly used testing instruments, including spectrum analyzers Signal generator. The use of network analyzers, etc.;
4. Has strong independent research ability and good teamwork spirit.
