Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for team building and talent cultivation in the failure analysis laboratory;
2. Lead the establishment of standards and procedures for the failure analysis laboratory;
3. Responsible for the construction of the failure analysis database and the management of the laboratory;
4. Responsible for the rapid advancement of failure analysis work and leading the resolution of technical challenges;
5. Responsible for assessing and predicting failure risks in the research of new electronic control technologies.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, major in electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, microelectronics or related fields, with over 10 years of experience in failure analysis for large enterprises or testing institutions. Experience in managing large failure analysis laboratories is preferred;
2. Familiar with the principles, applications, and failure mechanisms of electronic components, especially power semiconductor devices;
3. Familiar with the process, analysis tools, and analysis methods for failure analysis of electronic components such as MCU, operational amplifiers, diodes, transistors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, etc;
4. Familiar with simulation and simulation testing to explore device failure boundaries and predict device failure risks;
5. Good communication, coordination, and management skills.
