Job description ：
1、 Job Responsibilities.
1. Assist the advanced electrolyte R&D manager in designing and optimizing new electrolytes, including selecting suitable solvents, main salts, and other additives, solid electrolytes to improve battery performance;
2. Perform physical and chemical property tests on electrolytes, such as viscosity, conductivity, stability, as well as electrochemical performance evaluations, such as cycling stability, charge discharge efficiency, and safety characteristics;
3. Evaluate the quality and reliability of electrolyte suppliers, maintain supply chain relationships, and ensure the consistency and quality of raw materials;
4. Design experimental plans, prepare and test electrolytes, record experimental data, analyze results, and write experimental reports;
5. Continuously track the latest research achievements in the field of electrolytes, propose innovative solutions, participate in writing technical documents and patent applications, and be responsible for completing technical precipitation and outputting TOOLBOX.
6. Responsible for the safety and maintenance of relevant laboratories.
2、 Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above;
2. Majors in electrochemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related fields;
3. Understand professional knowledge such as electrolyte and battery cell chemical systems;
4. Understand electrochemical testing techniques, be familiar with electrolyte formulation design and performance evaluation, and possess data analysis skills;
5. Basic qualities. sincerity, self drive, self reflection, resilience.
