Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the process development and optimization of new battery products, including key processes such as electrode preparation, assembly, injection, and packaging;
2. Develop and implement experimental plans, conduct small-scale and pilot tests to verify the feasibility and stability of the new process;
3. Analyze experimental data, identify key process parameters, optimize process conditions, and improve product performance and consistency;
4. Cooperate with equipment suppliers, participate in equipment selection, debugging, and acceptance, as well as the development of new equipment and fixtures, to ensure that the equipment meets experimental requirements;
5. Responsible for writing and maintaining process documents, including process manuals, operating procedures, etc
6. Provide technical support for battery trial production and solve technical problems during the experimental process;
7. Track industry trends, understand the latest battery technology and development trends, and provide support for the company’s technological innovation.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in chemistry, materials science, energy or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of experience in battery process research and development, familiar with new battery technologies such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium ion batteries, or solid-state batteries;
3. Possess solid professional knowledge in electrochemistry, materials science, surface chemistry, etc., and be able to independently analyze and solve process problems;
4. Familiar with battery production equipment and processes, with experience in equipment selection and debugging;
5. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively collaborate with different departments and teams;
6. Possess innovative spirit, able to pay attention to industry trends, and provide support for the company’s technological innovation.
