Job description.
1. Undertake early basic research work for antibody new drug development;
2. Responsible for and guiding the research, development, and in vitro efficacy evaluation of active methods for drug efficacy evaluation of projects; Experience in establishing cell models is preferred;
3. Responsible for evaluating and applying new technologies/instruments;
4. Effectively follow up and communicate project progress or requirements;
5. Organize and analyze data, discuss and integrate the root causes and solutions of problems;
6. Write and review relevant proposals, reports, and registration documents
7. Participate in assisting the daily operational management of the department.
Job requirements.
1. Professional knowledge. Master and be familiar with various molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, immunology related technologies and developments;
2. 1 year of work experience or research experience related to drug activity analysis and drug efficacy evaluation during the doctoral period is preferred;
3. Understand and study the pathological mechanisms of bone diseases, cardiovascular diseases, tumors, and various metabolic diseases;
4. Work ability.
(1) Has strong self motivation, learning ability, and the courage to surpass oneself;
(2) Proficient in searching domestic literature databases, able to independently identify and collect valuable information;
(3) Having high-level technical writing skills and effective communication abilities;
(4) As a key member, have solid experience and theoretical foundation in research and development operations;
(5) Strong ability to integrate data analysis and pay attention to details;
(6) Capable of withstanding pressure and accepting challenges;
(7) Ability to read and write in English.
