Job description ：
1. Responsible for the development and commercialization of GNSS positioning algorithms;
2. Responsible for the development and deployment of IMU, vision, GNSS tight combination positioning algorithms;
3. Responsible for the design, implementation, and performance optimization of GNSS baseband;
4. Responsible for the research and development of GNSS anti-interference, anti multipath, anti deception and other algorithms, as well as their commercialization.
Job requirements
1. PhD or master’s degree holder with excellent academic ability and project experience in GNSS research direction;
2. Strong programming ability, proficient in programming languages such as C/C++/VHDL, with over 4 years of practical project code development experience;
3. Strong team collaboration and communication skills; Track academic frontiers and possess strong learning abilities;
4. Strong engineering ability, possessing strong hands-on skills, and willing to accept new things and challenges;
5. Published high-quality papers related to GNSS; Or develop GNSS related algorithms with performance reaching the highest level in the industry;
6. Proficient in one of the following technical fields.
a. Multi frequency and multi system GNSS positioning, such as PVT/RTK/PPP/PPK, etc;
b. GNSS signal capture, tracking, bit synchronization, frame synchronization, and message decoding algorithms;
c. Familiar with high sensitivity/anti-interference/anti multipath/anti deception algorithms;
7. Priority will be given to those who have the following bonus points.
a. Experience in debugging multi frequency and multi system GNSS positioning algorithms;
b. Familiar with various error models of GNSS and the theory of GNSS data quality analysis;
c. Experience in GNSS baseband design;
d. Published papers in top conferences and journals in related fields.
