Job description.
1. Project. Responsible for developing optimization plans for large molecules such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, ADCs, etc. in research projects, and guiding their implementation;
2. Platform. Responsible for the construction of molecular design platforms (humanized monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and antibody conjugated drugs, etc.);
3. Team. Assist in team management (talent training system, team communication and collaboration, personal development planning);
4. Other. Collaborative pharmaceutical development needs, front-end design, introduction of producible concepts; Complete other related work according to project requirements.
Job requirements.
1. Educational background. PhD or above, major in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or related fields;
2. Technical requirements. Possess rich experience in antibody engineering modification, proficient in antibody humanization, FC modification, affinity maturation, post-translational modification analysis and removal, and have certain experience in phage display mutation library construction, protein directed evolution, antigen epitope prediction, protein three-dimensional structure analysis, aggregation effect analysis, immunogenicity analysis, etc; Proficient in using relevant professional software, with strong abilities in literature search and patent analysis;
3. Work experience. Master’s degree for more than 5 years or PhD for more than 2 years, responsible for 2 or more antibody engineering development projects with successful cases;
4. Other. Proactive and enterprising in work; Strong ability to analyze and solve problems; Responsible and willing to contribute to the team.
