Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for thermal management and heat dissipation scheme design of energy storage battery systems;
2. Responsible for simulating, analyzing, calculating, and optimizing the flow and thermal fields of energy storage battery systems, as well as preparing relevant reports;
3. Coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to complete the design and optimization of battery PACK and energy storage systems;
4. Responsible for building a testing platform for energy storage thermal management systems; Responsible for developing and implementing the verification plan for thermal management testing, as well as analyzing the results, and improving the design and modifying the model based on the test data;
5. Develop energy storage thermal management strategies and plans, and participate in the layout of thermal management systems;
6. Collaborate with system development engineers to achieve performance improvement and cost reduction.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, major in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, fluid engineering, materials science or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in battery thermal management design and development in the electric vehicle or energy storage system industry;
3. Familiar with fluid mechanics, engineering thermodynamics, heat transfer and other related knowledge, proficient in the characteristics of lithium batteries, with sufficient engineering practical experience, able to independently design and implement battery thermal management plans;
4. Familiar with the production process of energy storage systems, familiar with the research and development design of mechanical and electronic products, and familiar with the characteristics of various engineering materials;
5. Proficient in three-dimensional software CATIA, UG, or Pro/E, as well as two-dimensional software CAD. Familiarity with finite element structural analysis is preferred;
6. Proficient in thermal management simulation software, fluent, Simulink or other similar functional software;
7. Capable of independently solving professional technical problems in this field, with a rigorous work attitude and good teamwork skills.
