Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Complete requirement analysis based on energy storage customer needs and input information, and output technical solutions;
2. Responsible for the overall planning of energy storage systems, formulation of system performance standards, design and verification of electrical system schemes, and organizing participation in relevant technical reviews;
3. Participate in product project initiation and development design, complete technical selection of main system components, prepare and sign technical agreements. And output relevant technical data;
4. Guide sample production and testing, solve production process problems, and optimize design;
5. Responsible for the development of new energy storage system solutions and optimization of existing solutions, forming product standardization and serialization.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in power electronics, electrical engineering and automation, automation and other related fields
2. Consider recent graduates who possess battery systems such as energy storage, backup, and power pack; More than 1 year of experience in module design related work is preferred;
3. Familiar with technologies such as lithium batteries, protective boards, inverters, etc;
4. Proficient in drawing electrical schematics, selecting electrical components, debugging battery systems, and analyzing problems;
5. Proficient in using software such as PADS, CAD, Office, etc;
6. Familiar with domestic/international standards related to power and energy storage battery system standards.
