Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Engage in cutting-edge technology research of electronic ceramics and explore their application fields;
2. Establish connections with relevant universities and institutions, take the lead in completing target market research and technology projects;
3. Responsible for planning, developing, and transitioning electronic ceramic related products in conjunction with the company’s products.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above in materials related majors, doctoral degree preferred. Doctoral degree requires at least 5 years of relevant work experience, while master’s degree requires at least 10 years of relevant work experience;
2. Having experience in the research and development of electronic ceramic structures, familiar with the preparation process and equipment of electronic ceramic materials, with relevant experience in material simulation, modeling design, etc., possessing strong scientific research capabilities, able to independently carry out electronic ceramic structure research and development work;
3. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to accept challenges in work, and good English reading and writing abilities;
4. Priority will be given to those with successful experience in 0-1 product research and development to mass production in industries such as consumer electronics, new energy, automobiles, and data centers.
