Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Leading the company’s drug research center;
2. Responsible for department talent recruitment, training, SOP process establishment and management, etc.;
3. Develop department’s annual business goal plan, follow up and supervise efficient completion;
4. Participate in the selection, project approval, product introduction, and evaluation of innovative and generic drugs in the company;
5. Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies and plans for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in new drug research and development projects, including but not limited to drug design, synthesis route design, patent cracking, etc.;
6. Complete the discovery and optimization of lead compounds until the determination of candidate compounds;
7. Guide the department to complete the writing of CMC materials for new drug application;
Recruitment requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in pharmaceutical chemistry, organic chemistry or related majors;
2. More than 8 years of work experience in overseas drug development companies is preferred, with work experience in compound structure-activity relationship research and new compound design and synthesis fields;
3. Experience in team management and cross team (including biology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology) management is preferred;
4. Priority must be given to those with the ability to develop formulation processes;
5. Be able to grasp the development trends of chemical and new drugs, as well as the development trends of technology and business;
