Job Overview.
1. R&D coordination.
(1) Gain a deep understanding of industry development trends and market demand, accurately grasp future product directions, formulate company product research and development strategies, and implement them;
(2) Lead product research and project approval work, promote technology commercialization. Lead the research and development team to specialize in technology, innovate and develop a product chain with commercial value, market demand, and competitiveness;
(3) Coordinate the work planning and development of various departments in the R&D Technology Center around project R&D, conduct budget analysis for each product project R&D, timely collaborate with relevant internal departments/team resources, and ensure the orderly and high-quality completion of R&D projects;
(4) Responsible for the results of product development, closely monitor and control the progress of various product development projects, timely identify and solve technical difficulties and problems in the project development process, and be able to implement lean management concepts, continuously optimize project management processes, and promote the completion of milestone events for ongoing products on schedule or beyond expectations;
2. Academic construction.
(1) Integrate and build a resource network of external academic experts and consulting teams to promote long-term academic exchanges and research cooperation between both parties;
(2) Responsible for building the academic image and brand of the company in the professional field, strengthening and enhancing the company’s research and development strength and reputation in the industry.
3. Team management.
(1) Manage and optimize the R&D team, design and enhance the team’s comprehensive strength in product development, technological innovation, and project management, and build an internal elite team;
(2) Build a research and development team, do a good job in selection, education, utilization, and retention, and build an internal talent pool;
Job requirements.
1. Good conduct, strong sense of responsibility, and good professional ethics;
2. PhD degree in molecular biology or related majors;
3. More than 10 years of experience in managing R&D teams in large and medium-sized biopharmaceutical R&D enterprises, with rich experience in solving product R&D problems, promoting and controlling projects, and having independently developed and successfully launched product cases;
4. Familiar with the IVD industry, possessing profound academic and professional theoretical knowledge, product development capabilities, technical research and development abilities, resource coordination abilities, keen industry insights, and strong project analysis, evaluation, and driving force;
5. Capable of leading the R&D team to complete various stages of product development, including technical evaluation, project initiation, scheme design, experimental optimization, clinical research, and registration application (those with medical laboratory translation experience in completed product R&D projects may be given priority consideration);
